Review of the Springs
Wonderful staff, very friendly. The facility is also very clean and the food is always good. Organized activities daily. They are also pet friendly as well. All of the residents are also very friendly and everyone is very helpful. I was welcomed with open arms and was made to feel at home immediately. I go to physical therapy at least 3 times a week so I'm not here that much, but when I am , it's always very quiet.

My loved one was previously a resident at Holiday The Springs and her experience at this facility was great. All of the staff were kind and friendly. The facility was very clean. The admin had good communication and they were extremely accommodating with moving my loved one in. I would recommend this facility to others.

Excellent. Very helpful, concerned and responsive staff. Small but cheerful lobby. Residents are talkative and seem very happy. Apartments are all being remodeled so units are basically new and well designed with very large bathrooms and adequate living space

Overall a good place but room for improvement w/ transportation, staff turnover, & activities.
Friendly staff, good food, but a lot of snafus with the promised transportation and high staff turnover. I wish the residents were given more opportunities to travel to events: sports, theater, etc. instead of just shopping.

Great value
We chose The Springs because the food is cooked on site instead of brought in and the value for the money was great as well. The apartment sizes are very good. I do wish that they had a bar, a lot of other places we visited did happy hours or social hours and they were the only ones that did not provide that. I would recommend to others looking.

Review of The Springs
When I moved in, the food was absolutely excellent and was one of the reasons that I chose it. People who came to visit even raved about it. They have gone through many different chefs and the food has deteriorated over the courser of the year. The staff is very friendly and pleasant here.

My mother loves it here!
My mother lives at The Springs of Escondido and loves it! The staff has been there for a long time and are very caring and friendly. After things opened up in July, they have begun adding all of the activities, concerts, etc. back so residents are getting outside and enjoying the community (and each other) more and more. I highly recommend this community for anyone wanting a hassle-free life with people who care surrounding you.

Consider the Springs of Escondido
Springs of Escondido. Our mother has been at the Springs for over 6 years now. She is a nonagenarian cancer survivor with macular degeneration, and sometimes quite the personality!!
The "facility" has renovated while we have been there, and done a good job with the C-19 procedures required. It is kept clean, the regular staff, cooks, servers care about the residence there, and really work hard.
The management has changed a few times, but the Holiday directors have been helpful as well.
The facility format changed, and is now more of a senior facility with no staff present overnight. The residents all have alerts, and hiring your own external caregivers to come in where needed is suggested.
The facility is charming, nice courtyard, library, gym, and generally do a great job at plenty of activities and accommodating the residents. There is a shuttle, as well as activities scheduled out when possible. Overall, a caring - good - clean place. Let them know [name removed] recommended them :)

Highly recommend for your loved ones
My father, [name remove] has lived here for the past few years. It is a lovely facility and I feel that he is very safe and happy. The food is AMAZING, the weekly cleanings are so helpful for a guy in his 90s that likes to spend his free time enjoying life. The staff is so nice and friendly. I highly recommend this place for your loved ones.
