The rooms are good each room has its own. Windows could use some cleaning. So far the staff has been pleasant. But again huge turnovers. There are full time staff. They do laundry clean my dad's room. Pass meds. Are kind and smiling in the hallway. The meals and dining have seen the most with turnover. Sometimes the menu items are not correct. The food is cold or undercooked. My dad stayed the service is slow and sometimes 40 min before he eats. The activities is wonderful always something going on they do themes.. Mardi Gras, Olympic etc. They have a pool and do pool parties. Happy hour. The cost is below others. But it has been increasing it based on a point system and we are fortunate that my dad can take care of his needs. We do pay extra for a med pass over 2 he gets meds 3 x a day I thought it ridiculous to have this as a point. When I came here, I was walking with a walker about 30 feet per day. I am now walking about 300 feet per day with my walker.
