We felt it would have been better to allow them to dry on towel bar, or side of hamper. My mother would move them to dry when she came to visit. The toilet was always messy, and we felt it should have been cleaned more often. Facility itself was older, but kept very nice. One thing I wish this place had was an area to go for a little walk outside with my dad. There isn't room on the property for it, but my dad found it a little frustrating he couldn't get out a bit. There was a cover porch with rocking chairs, which was nice. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Administrator is so helpful as well as on top of everything, so I feel very confident in the running of the facility. \nMy father seems very happy with the food. Many options, and they are happy to make things not on the menu if they have the ingredients on hand.\nI also like that the memory care is a mirror image of the assisted living portion. The transition from one to the other should thus be a much easier. Also, in other facilities I visited, I noticed the memory care portion always seemed like a step down in the facilities visual appearance. Not true here.\nIt is not the newest or fanciest facility I have visited, but still very nice. My family believes that the quality of care was way more important that how new or fancy the building was.
