Even though they seem to be understaffed it is obvious that most of the caregivers are very conscientious and want to take care of the residents. I know there are also some issues with the meal selection and quality of food but once again I believe this is a result of the transition so giving Traditions the benefit of the doubt I would still say I would pick this facility over any of the others I visited.We initially liked the feel of the building and the spaces and the rooms. They felt very much like a Holiday Inn Club vacation resort. The second reason we chose them was because their primary leadership communicated very well and seemed very pleasant. Since I was going to be doing with the leadership at the original Danbury assisted living that was a plus for me. They were also immediately adjacent to the new park at Beulah Park and had nice enclosed patio and Lawn.
