A place for mom
This community was very easy to work with and they were very accommodating. this was a nice environment with nice staff but my loved one was only there for a limited time. The time we did have with this community was good. The caretaker who runs the facility was very easy to get a long with and I could call her for anything. They were very nice people.
About the facility Grand View Villa
Grand View Villas is located in the scenic area of Mission Viejo, with gorgeous views that residents enjoy year round. Bright and sunny rooms with plenty of windows provide natural light throughout the house and each room is exquisitely decorated. Two living rooms provide a room for relaxing and socializing. Daily activities include walks, exercises, and stretching. Visiting occupational and physical therapists can visit at the request of families and/or the resident's insurance. Freshly cooked homemade meals keeping in mind a proper nutritional needs of our residents. Grand View Villas works closely with the local schools to have student volunteers visit on a regular basis. Student musicians are a particular favorite of the residents. Therapy dogs also visit regularly, a highlight for most residents.

A place for mom

Beautiful views!
I had been in this home previously before my tour. It is very appropriate, it's surrounded by beautiful views and very nice big windows. The room I looked at was a corner room and surrounded by the same views as the rest of the home. It was very nice aesthetically. They didn't know anything about chair or bed alarms. The caregivers they introduced seemed cold and unwelcoming. This would be a better fit for a more independent senior that needs less care.

Beautiful Scenery!!
I really liked my experience during my tour of this property. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to give my loved one and I a detailed look at there community. They have various packages and well priced out apartments available to rent out that where very well maintained. The only thing was my mother needed a smaller facility and more one on one time from the staff.

This community is 5 stars all the way!!
The community is beautiful and well cared for inside and out. My husband is not yet ready to participate in the variety of activities they offer as he is bedridden. His caregivers take great care of him. The rest of the staff are friendly and attentive to the residents. He is still settling into the community and so far everything is going fine. I would recommend Grand View Manor to family and friends.
