I was always welcomed in and was never disappointed or concerned about anything I saw while I was there. The staff in building D, where she lived, would call me anytime there was the slightest issue or concern. The staff even arranged a private room to celebrate her 100th birthday as she was unable to travel. When she went into the hospital just before she passed the nurses there all commented on how well she had been taken care of. I could not have asked for anything better for my mom.
