A Peaceful Loving Home
This home cared for a dear friend before his recent passing. They were caring and compassionate and treated my friend like family. I know that he truly enjoyed being there. He was always so clean and well kept. After spending 1 week at El Shaddai he was treated to a birthday party complete with cake and present. After viewing several adult family homes I was very blessed to find these wonderful caretakers.
About the facility El Shaddai Adult Family Home
We are a team of three highly skilled caregivers, licensed in Dementia, Alzheimer's, and mental health. We strongly believe in teamwork and collaboration, which not only helps us complete tasks faster, but also leads to higher customer satisfaction over time. Our goal is to provide quality care to seniors who are chronically ill, homeless or have developed a health condition that requires them to move into an independent living situation. Our facility, El Shaddai AFH, is a home away from home where senior citizens can spend the rest of their lives peacefully and harmoniously.
I have been taking care of my grandma and mom for over 15 years, which has motivated me to serve the community and seniors. I am considering opening a facility to pursue my dream, and El Shaddai came into the picture in 2022. I love spending time with my clients, and taking care of seniors with all kinds of medical situations is a blessing.

Pretty clean and the staff is super caring and gentle.
I visited El Shaddai as I was looking to find a place for my father. I was greeted with a smile and friendliness by the staff. The caregivers were down to earth and caring during the entire tour. The communication was great. The smile on one of the residents’ faces was heartwarming. I felt the warmth and hospitality. The caregiver was super generous in letting me ask all my questions and was patient and gentle in answering every one of my questions. She made me feel positive about this place and the staff.
It is just blocks from downtown Kent. I think the fact that it is close to shopping centers and downtown in particular seems a great value. It would take a family member two minutes to drive their loved ones to downtown Kent for coffee or something.
From the common areas to the private living spaces, and the bedrooms, everything is clean and well-maintained. Each space is thoughtfully designed and meticulously arranged to enhance the residents' experience.

Feels like home!
I recently had the pleasure of touring El Shaddai adult family home. I was thoroughly impressed by what I experienced. This AFH effortlessly creates a warm and welcoming environment that feels just like home. One of its outstanding appeals is its cleanliness and proximity to Kent downtown.
The owners have gone above and beyond in maintaining a pristine environment. It is clean! The floor is spotless. The bedrooms are impeccably maintained. I like the traditional residence resemblance this place has.
During my tour, I had the pleasure of interacting with the staff members, and their genuine compassion and dedication were evident. Their attentiveness and empathy further reinforce the home's nurturing environment. I was impressed by their authenticity and the level of knowledge they have in answering all the questions I had for them. They displayed a profound understanding of the residents' needs and demonstrated a commitment to providing personalized care and support.
