The majority of the staff was very nice, especially the café workers. They were so nice to my mom and the head of activities were very nice. My mom did not need care. She was a level 0. So I really cannot say. Good most of the food was good except when they served food like beef stew, pork, stuff like that that was hard for the seniors to chew. We heard complaints. If you wanted to do activities they were there. Loved the movie theater Cedarhurst has. My mom hardly participated in anything. Felt like she was not encouraged enough. Too much money unless you have financial assistance from somewhere. Its ridiculously over priced and to me that was one of the least expensive assisted living places and prices are going to go up again. We took her out of there after a month. Beautiful place for the most part it's newer, nice location but not for my family. However, I take care of myself except for room cleaning so take meals out (I rarely eat here). However I do feel safe and it's quiet here. I do get upset though when my wife gets out unescorted. That's happened at least 5 times in the 14 months she has been here.
