Review for Beo of Franklin
I would give it 4 stars since Beo took over, the rooms are nice size and we have a lot of fun activities. Since the change in ownership we have lost the Director and our Chef and the amount and quality and quantity of food choices has gone way down. The staff is very good, very friendly and helpful and so are the residents. I would have easily rated it a 5 before and hope things will get better soon. Still the best of all the places I visited.

New Management
I have been a resident for over a year and recently new management StoryPoint took over and our belt has been tightened. I have posted over reviews and this is an update. We have gone from Sisco foods to Gordon Foods and the quality is poor. Our menu's and recipe's come from corporate headquarters and are less than good. If you are looking for residence with meals I advise you to research Gordon's food and sample meals before you move in.

Quality and section of food
Since new company,[name removed], has taken over
there has been a great change in quality, selection, and quantity of food for the worst. Resident have complained to the current staff. They seemed to be listening and willing to improve our selections and preparation. So far, changes are not suitable to most residents. Hopefully, we’ll soon see progress to assure healthy meals prepared to meet our request relating to previous choices,nutritional choices and served at a desireable temperature. Suggestions have been made to the staff. Seems they are trying , but much has to be improved relating to required Nutritation and selection of food available. The servers are great, but understaffed.

Negative changes with new company
Great decrease in quality and selection of food. Change in menu provided from 2 week’s menu to only menus access the day of.Access to menus only the time meal is served. Only one choice of daily foods available plus weekly choices. Many meals are not acceptable to residents. Waste of food and residents not getting nutrition.

My Home
The staff have always been helpful and friendly. We have plenty to do. The ground are beautiful. This is home to me. Whenever I have gone away, I have always been excited to come home again.

Very happy with First Year
The BEO staff is super attentive to my mom's request. The staff communications to me and my brother are solid. Visitor parking spaces and parking space line and size need changes since a lot of visits include managing a walker or wheelchair between cars and trucks.

Great Place
Love my apartment. All of staff is superb. Activities are good. I love the live music. Overall I love being close to my family. I've had no issues. I love the transportation and outings. Residents are nice.

Great Activities and its pet friendly

A Place For Me
I moved from AZ and researched placed online. My priority was independent living and support as needed or wanted and not attached to assisted living or memory care. When I found BEO I knew this was were I wanted to live. My daughter sent photos of apartment and I read the website again and again and used chat and called the facility to get an answer to all of my questions. I have been the 8 months and it is the perfect place for me.
