Since the facility is an inclusive price, I feel like they haven’t listened to our requests for more help as quickly. Mom is 96 and is legally blind with macular degeneration. Some of her techs/aides are very helpful. She has fallen and called for help and no one comes. They could definitely use more help in the dining room, and tend to run out of foods served that day. The shower does not have a safety bench built in, we purchased a separate shower chair. Laundry is done every week with no problem. Housekeeping in the apartment could be better - they vacuum and empty the trash, wipe down the bathroom, but her bathroom lightbulb went out and I had to call the desk twice to get it changed. I would still recommend them - I have seen a lot worse - but there is room for improvement.
