We even had to switch rooms because my mom was bothered by the sound of the elevator which was next to her room. The staff helped us contact the right people who came up and offered to move her to a quieter room. We were so tired since we had already set up her entire room, but within what seemed like minutes, an entire crew moved my mom to a new room. We didn't lift a finger. Special kudos to [names removed] who carefully hung everything up for us ...twice! It's only been 2 weeks, but none of this would have worked if it was not for [name removed] who is beyond amazing and makes us feel that my mom is well cared for. I hope [name removed] is at Atria for a very long time-the love, care, and understanding she gives the memory care residents and their families is above and beyond!
