A bigger selection of food to choose from would be nice and be sure it is hot I have allergies so it is hard for me sometimes with the menu.

I like that community was the friendliness of the people themselves. The patient they could improve on monitoring the safety of the people in the independent care such as following up if they don't hear from a room by lunch

Review for Atria North Point
Although, we visited several other facilities, I would give Atria high rating in all categories. Facilities and rooms are cleaned weekly; Staff members are friendly and always available; care and therapy programs are available at reasonable cost; meals and dining are of high quality; activities such as exercise, games and entertainment are plentiful; well-behaved pets are welcome, and pet care is available.

Cannot recommend Atria North Point
High turnover rates among staff.
Poor staff performance.
Poor response from management to complaints.
Continual escalations in costs for care with no corresponding increases in level of care.
Cannot recommend Atria North Point. Their focus is not on the residents but rather on making as much money as possible from you and for the least amount of work in return.

Review for Atria North Point
We like it alot. The food is really good and there are plenty of activities and events. We would recommend it to others. It is an older facility, but it is friendly, cozy and comfortable.
Our one complaint is they raised everyone's rates 10% last fall in mass. Their business office is not equipped to deal with many people responding to that letter at once. There is a lack of communication and professionalism in this area.

Review for Atria North Point
I would tell a friend that we are very happy with the choice we made. Atria has very friendly residents, a nice atmosphere, and for the most part very responsive to the needs/wishes of the residents.We had two primary criteria--(1) that the facility had fully integrated levels of service (independent, assisted, and memory care). By "fully integrated" we meant that physically one could get from one area to the other and if for the two of us we were in different levels, we could easily get to the other, share meals etc. (2) The facility would be close to our church. When we were shown a large two-bedroom apartment with large windows and a very nice view, we were sold on coming to Atria. We had already considered other factors. Atria kept coming out on top.

We picked Atria North Point because it was older and we could afford a bigger apartment here compared to the new places. And the staff was so nice. The building felt warm and cozy. The dining room food is excellent.

Nice place but needs some improvement
It's a nice place. They sell it as a cruise ship with all these activities and there are not that many activities. They have had issues with keeping employees especially the cook the food has gone down a lot in quality. It takes 40 minutes to get dinner and the residence are afraid to say anything because of being retaliated.

Tour experience
The tour experience with Atria North Point was a 5 plus! It was by far the best place we looked at, and the most accommodating. The only negative was a Covid vaccination requirement.

My loved one and family had a great experience with Atria North Point. The community was very clean. Everyone is friendly. There are meals and activities provided to assist with socialization of the residents. Overall we would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

My Experience at Atria North Point
Dining has been a problem. They keep getting a new chef. Some days it's great, some days it's horrible. We've had meetings here and discussed that with the staff. They are working on it for the better, and I feel like it could eventually be a 5/5. One of the most important things - and I'm sure this occurs at many facilities - is the cost is extremely high. They do annual increases for everyone at the same time (as opposed to when your contract is up for renewal), so you can have an increase before you've even been there a year. This year's increase of 15% is astronomical, and you have to fight to bring it down. Cleanliness petty good, and the woman who cleans my apartment is great. The other residents and the staff are very nice. The grounds are beautiful and suitable for walking. The facility is in a great location in Alpharetta. It's pet friendly. The activities are really good. We have an indoor pool with a water aerobics instructor, which I really love. One of the nicest things here is there is a washer and dryer in the apartment. After looking at about five different places, Atria North Point was definitely the best. They just need to work on the food and pricing.
