She likes her apartment overall. Here are the things that need improvement:\nThere is no security. Residents forget sometimes to close the exit doors at night and there are no cameras or security to make sure people are safe. Food is a big issue. Five or six new chefs within about 4 months. Many days all they get are sandwiches and fruit. Sometimes served on paper plates even with plastic silverware. High turnover on staff and many residents have heard the current manager yelling at the staff. Her cleaning lady often does not come for 3 or 4 weeks at a time. Overall would recommend for fully functioning adults. I would not recommend it for anyone trying to put their family member there who are in the beginning of stages of dementia.
