Grateful for Arden Memory Care
I couldn’t be happier with Arden. My father has been about 2-1/2 months. The staff is amazing. They have various activities throughout the day. They treat my father and the other residents with such respect and kindness. The rooms are spacious and kept very clean. I visit nearly every day and I am in awe of how hard they work to understand each resident’s individual personalities. Management is very hands on and communicates well. We are so happy with the facility. Thank you!!!

I like the layout, it has 4 wings with 16 residents each wing and one central circle. Based on the experience we have had so far, I would recommend this community to other families.

Protein drinks were regularly taken by other residents. Besides the lower rating for meals, he was comfortable and it was a good respite experience for us. He passed about six weeks after his respite stay ended.

Excellent experience and highly recommend
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The day I brought [name removed] there was very emotional for both of us. When I was leaving the facility, a facility person, [name removed], sensed that I was upset and talked with me for a half hour assuring me that this was normal and that all would be well in a couple of days. Our conversation calmed me down and made me feel better about my decision.
The price is $[removed]/month now. It was $[removed] a year ago when she entered the facility and it was similar to the fees at other places I interviewed. However, it is a memory care only facility which sets it apart from all the other places I visited. I consider that an important factor. I suspect that the other places have probably raised prices in the last year due to inflation.

My mother's time at Arden Courts - Geneva was a very positive experience. The Ardens Court leadership and staff are competent, kind and caring. They were supportive, quick to listen and responsive throughout my mother's time there. I felt like my mother wasn't just "another" resident but they truly knew who she was and genuinely cared for her. Thank you.

Peace of mind
While there is some turnover with care givers, there always seems to be a veteran caregiver on staff to guide the newer ones. My mom is completely dependent on them for everything, and luckily she still has her sweet demeanor so they all take good care of her

Homestyle, caring community
My hubby was at Arden Courts for the last 6 months of our life together. I felt part of a community from the first day, when the receptionist, who had never met me nor my hubby, knew who I was and for whom I was preparing a room. Each resident has their own room and is given freedom the decorate and make it their own. I especially liked that my sweetheart was given freedom to roam inside and outside and the staff were careful to keep track of each resident. Even though he resided in one "house" of the facility, all the staff knew him and interacted with him. When the time came that he was on hospice, everyone there were caring and respectful of us. Is it perfect? No, but I'm thankful to have had my sweet love there.

Caring, Copassionate and Conforting
Arden Courts Memory Care Community in Geneva is a wonderful location. My mother was here and it was the best place for her. I looked into 8 other locations and Arden Courts checked all the boxes for our family. Flexibility, concerns, comfort, compassion, going out of their way for your loved one. My mother's stay was during COVID and they all took extra precaution to ensure the safety of my mother and other residents. I could call day or night to see how my mother was. I was able to talk to her and follow up on what she was eating, her moods, sleeping habits and all my concerns were answered.
When I was able to visit my mom, she was in good spirits and well-dressed and clean. I know she was getting the best care that she could receive as we could not care for her at home.
The staff knew me very well and were kind to me and to all my questions and I cannot say enough, but Thank you for all you did for my mom!!

I wish I could give Arden Courts Geneva 100 stars…
My dad has been there for 2 1/2 years now and absolutely loves it. The staff is absolutely amazing and from day one has made me feel super comfortable and has made my dad feel like a part of the family there. The outings are super fun for the residents and for the families to attend. The arts and crafts and super fun theme parties are always so neat. When my dad first arrived there he was in terrible condition but because Arden Courts Geneva has such amazing doctors and skilled nurses my dad has now gotten his life back. I am so grateful for everyone at Arden Courts of Geneva. The caregivers alone are so friendly and so sweet to my dad. They always look out for him especially when he gets ill. I can’t say enough of good things about this place. I highly recommend Arden Courts Geneva to any of your family members that need special care. They definitely give me a peace of mind knowing that my dad is in good hands.

This place is great!
I love the freedom that all of the residents have here! They all have their own rooms, and are free to walk around the building and courtyard or join in the activities whenever they want. You can tell that the staff truly care about the residents that they care for. I've always had positive interactions with them as well! If you're looking for a place to put your loved ones that will love them as much as you do this would be my recommendation!

My 88 year old Dad wanted to go to a facility with my Mom. He was in independent living. He could not be in Memory Care. I wish that my mom could of gone here instead of [facility name removed. Arden Courts is was all memory care. A little dog was running around which was fun. Communal bath was concerning. That was another reason I kept looking.
