It’s clean, there is no smell and you’re greeted by someone at the desk. The staff is kind and considerate. It became evident that Mom was in over her head as time went on. She used a walker, she had little to no hearing which was a major problem. She was unable to toilet herself, which she was doing at home. She dressed herself which I believe she stopped doing after a short time there. \nI will say they did get her out of her room to play bingo, beach volley ball and some card games. We visited frequently which wasn’t a problem, we often sat with her when she ate. I found the way they served meals was a bit disconnected. \nShe wasn’t getting the same care we were giving her at home, which is to be expected.
