They were very attentive, listened to my concerns and needs first my relative. The aides and attendants are pleasant and helpful. If there is something my relative needs they call and let me know. They also extend kindness as well as assisting my relative with her needs. The administration staff is not so good at returning my calls. I have to call several times and be lucky to catch one of them to discuss my concerns/questions. One thing that I was not happy with was having to move my relative my self from one floor to the other. Luckily, an aide retrieved a dolly for me to move the furniture myself. I didn't mind moving personal items but I thought the few pieces of furniture should have been moved for me.
