Not what I had hoped for.
Electronics to help guide the patient, and allow us to communicate with the patient were not used or demonstrated as discussed. Care personnel was changed frequently. Often the helpers were late or no show. The care giver would leave the residence while she was supposed to be in the home.

I found they were easy to interact with. Offered great and helpful suggestions. They didn't feel like strangers. Gave help without being invasive. Made you feel safe about their presence and help. Very thankful for their care and grace. Miss the comradarie
