Excellent Customer Service
My husband and I looked at several assisted living facilities before choosing Wildomar. We were very impressed with all the staff there. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The grounds are lovely and there is plenty of space to walk, or sit and read. The meals are fabulous, great variety. Very impressed!

Lack of communication among the staff during shift changes. A lot of changes are taking place due to the facility being sold to a corporation. The cost to stay at this facility is very high. The guidelines/ policies for the facility were not made clear to us. The staff at the front desk are friendly. Wait time for medication takes a long time. I think this facility could run smoother.

For more than five years, my grandma resided at Wildomar Senior Assisted Living. The employees treated my grandma with the utmost respect and kindness, and they treated her like one of their own.
