Not just lower level staff but higher. They have had 2 or 3 directors in the 2 years he's been there. The first activity director walked out one day telling them she was moving to Florida. The second one showed up drunk and was let go. The people that keep their jobs there seem friendly enough. Hard to understand why no one seems to stay. My dad has settled in well and has made friends and knows the workers that come and go. Maintenance issues are a problem. Their electric front doors were broken for weeks with no reason why they weren't being fixed. As the kids watching their dad spending his last days somewhere it would be really helpful if we all felt a bit more at peace with the daily goings ons there. He has friends, some are happy about that. The food appears to be tasty and a variety of entrees are available at each of their three meals a day dining room.
