Visiting physicians, therapists, and other specialists stop by the community regularly to provide psychiatric services and diagnostic procedures, as well as physical, occupational, and speech therapies.</p>
<p>Wellington Manor includes a secure memory care unit that is especially designed for those living with early- to late-stage dementia or Alzheimer’s. Residents receive around-the-clock care in a supportive, family-like environment. Caregivers also utilize It’s Never 2 Late (iN2L) technology to create meaningful relationships with those in our care. This innovative technology is designed to help residents socialize with others more easily. We have also seen it lead to an increase in cognitive stimulation and a greater sense of independence in some individuals.</p>
