We looked at a couple places but we knew Viva was our place almost immediately when we met their marketing director and toured the community. Viva has multiple levels of care available so if your loved one's needs increase, it can be accommodated there without having to move to a different facility. The staff are friendly and caring and are quick to address any concerns or needs. There are plenty of activities every day and some special events too. They provide transportation to local appointments if needed. There is a doctor that visits weekly and has done a great job addressing some of my mom's health issues. There is a hair salon on site and all meals are provided. I have eaten lunch there a few times and the food is pretty good! The best part of Viva is the staff. Management, med techs, aides, front desk, kitchen and servers are all great.
