Prestige is AMAZING!
I highly recommend prestige community! The staff is beyond amazing. These are some of the most kind and caring people I have ever run across, I can't say enough good things about them. The administrative staff from top-down is also amazing and I highly respect the job that they do. Prestige gets a 100% in my book!

Prestige is AMAZING!
I highly recommend prestige community! The staff is beyond amazing. These are some of the most kind and caring people I have ever run across, I can't say enough good things about them. The administrative staff from top-down is also amazing and I highly respect the job that they do. Prestige gets a 100% in my book!

our families experience
What we like the most about the Prestige Assisted Living community are the staff members. The staff team there are nice and we do really like the apartments and rooms they have for the residents. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Top Notch Care
Mom is bedridden, so does not participate in activities.
We have limited knowledge of food and dining because of what she will eat. Would probably score higher if she had a more robust appetite and ate in the dining room.
We have been quite pleased with the care she is getting at Prestige. Cost to value is relative.

Excellent Staff
- 5+ because of the staff
- 5 My mother in law says it is clean
- 5 staff is amazing. Very nice and supportive
- 5 my mother in law is happy
- 4 meals are good and she is well fed
- 4 I don't think she has done much except a few happy hours
- 5 we feel that she is safe there and well taken care of.

Look Around....
The girls on the floor are awesome... My Mother has been there for a year and well taken care of by the working girls... The office is another matter... They have an attitude with me for some reason... The head nurse had me wait for 2 hours to answer questions regarding my mom, and never showed up.... They don't keep you up to date, especially if your out of state... They know I'm 3000 miles away, so treat me like garbage... Like I said, the girls on the floor take good care, but the office people suck... They will suck all the money from you but don't inform or care at all...

friendly staff and a nice community
We thought this community did a great job taking care of our loved one. They were always very conscientious when it came to the level of care our loved one needed, she was always clean and well dressed. She was vegetarian and we always appreciated at meal times there was always a vegetarian options. We do wish there was more activities during the evening.

The overall cleanliness of Prestige is excellent, and the staff members and the specialized care is excellent. They are doing a nice job when it comes to the activities, and it is expensive but we feel fortunate enough to have our loved one here

My 98 year old mother moved here from out of state six weeks ago. Prestige has don an excellent job of helping her to get acclimated in her new environment and to make her feel like she is part of the community. Experience at Prestige Assisted Living for My Parents
The Prestige Community has welcomed my parents as individuals and as a couple to meet their needs and wants. Their individual needs are met by a medical team evaluation and followed through with a care plan for each parent.
Their needs as a couple are met by assuring a safe living environment and a variety of social activities for couples.
My experience with the staff has been pleasant, friendly and professional. They show an interest in and truly care for each individual.

A Special Place
My parents’ health and independence declined dramatically in a short time. They moved together to Prestige and the whole process from intake, settling in, to the continued high standards of care has been exceptional. My parents brag about the food, both presentation and taste, and adore the attentive staff who care for them with patience and kindness. Our family truly feels blessed to have found such a caring and supportive community where my parents feel at home.

Wonderful facility and staff!
My mother moved into Prestige Living after a fall this summer. She is 94 years old and needs help in some everyday activities. [Name removed], the community director there, was absolutely amazing helping us with the move-in and transfer of care from Mom’s rehab facility. She went above and beyond in coordinating things and helping me out. The caregiver staff has been very attentive and kind to Mom. We highly recommend Prestige Living. Just the right size and the right fit for our mom.

Great place for loved ones
During the time our loved one was there we truly had an awesome experience. They were absolutely amazing to work with, they handled our family and loved one very well. During covid when hospice was brought in they were very attentive to our family. One of the staff members had noticed one of our family members was not eating, so she went out of her way to bring her a meal. She truly just went above and beyond, the staff turnover rate is extremely low and we would recommend them to others.

My review
We chose Prestige Assisted Living because of the affordability and the location. The room sizes here are very but they were adequate for her needs. I ate here and the food was hit or miss depending on what was being served that day and they did have some chef turnover. I would recommend to others looking.

A Wonderful Place
My 84 year old father spent the last two months of his life at Prestige in Green Valley. The staff was universally wonderful. Kind, attentive, caring... all one could ever ask for and more. Very, very happy
It is going great. She is very, very happy there. She has adapted quite well. She is especially happy to have her own bathroom. Overall, the transition has been a smooth one and we don't have any complaints.
