My parents adored the maintenance guy and he was always responsive to ANY needs, from changing a battery on a remote to fixing a leaking faucet. My father did have to move inhouse to memory care and the staff were so nice to also move my mom to an apartment right down the hallway. After Dad passed, the nurse moved her closer to her office as she was getting more frail.
