He had difficulty finding his room and the dining room on his own and needed a higher level of care than assisted living provides. \n\nUltimately, dad stayed there only a week, but the staff went above and beyond to help him out during that time. Unfortunately she wasn't able to see it prior to moving in but she was thrilled when walking into her new home for the first time. \nWe were so happy with the immediate connection our mother made with special staff members. This facility was also close to our son's home as well as a few blocks from the nearest hospital. \nAlthough making this kind of transition is difficult, I feel that we couldn't have chosen a better choice for our loved one.
