At Villa Santa Barbara, residents have access to a long list of on-site amenities and activities, which provide them with endless entertaining and exciting opportunities.</p> <h3>Living Arrangements</h3> <p>We currently offer studio and one-bedroom apartments for residents to choose from based on their individual needs and preferences. All units include plush wall-to-wall carpeting, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, and spacious entertainment areas. Each apartment includes a wheelchair-accessible bathroom complete with a walk-in shower, safety railing, and emergency response call buttons. Select units feature a convenient kitchenette and a private balcony area as well.</p> <p>For families in need of short-term or respite care, Villa Santa Barbara can help. Our community offers flexible stays, with a minimum of at least two weeks. Respite guests stay in a fully furnished apartment and have full access to the same amenities, activities, and services as long-term residents.</p> <h3>Care Types Offered</h3> <p>Villa Santa Barbara is a <em>residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE)</em>, which in the state of California is a housing arrangement for persons 60 years or older where supervision and personal care is provided based on the needs of the residents.
