Our Family’s Experience
The most important thing to me is the consistency of care. They have an established process. The staff is well trained. They are using more agency nurses in the weekend, which concerns me. Comprehensive Assisted Living with a Caring Staff
My loved one lives at Vantage Pointe Village. The facility keeps me apprised of my loved one's condition and well being. I regularly visit at different times (I can access the facility 24/7) and have never observed anything that I considered to be problematic. The staff is kind, hard working, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Wonderful community!
I would recommend this community to anyone. We looked at multiple communities in Bellevue and none could compare to Vantage Pointe. The rooms are spacious, the community is clean, and the staff is very attentive and friendly.

Our experience at Vantage Pointe Village
We are working through some issues with our family member that is here. We do not feel that it is Vantage Pointes fault, but they are not really helping with the issues/concerns that we are having. I feel that they could be more helpful and supportive to help us manage the situation and that is not always happening. Overall though in all other areas the staff have been great.
I would recommend Vantage Pointe to others.

A good fit for us
We chose Vantage Pointe Village because of the location, it is only a couple miles away from our home which is nice. The room she is in is pretty spacious. I have eaten here and the food was just ok, but she seems to enjoy all the meals provided. The best part about the community so far has been the fact that they are keeping the residents safe with everything going on. They are still doing limited activities and have also taken the residents on bus rides to get them out more. I would recommend the community.

Very Clean! Each staff member I encountered was cheerful and helpful. Needed guidance on my mom for dementia. The Director of Nursing was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all the questions I had as this was all new to me. They helped me through a very difficult time. My mind is now at ease knowing my mom is taken care by a responsive staff.

An awesome place
I have several friends that live at Vantage Pointe and to be honest, when you think about nursing care, I think of my Grandmother who stayed in a 8' X 8' room that was dark and her care was horrendous but Vantage Pointe isn't your grandmothers nursing facility. This place is amazing. The place is spotless. Everyone is so friendly and constantly asking if they can help you with something. The rooms are spacious and has everything they need. When my friends tell me how much they enjoy it there and about the new friends they have made, it really warms my heart. If I could, Vantage Pointe would get 10 stars.

I thought the facility was very clean and seemed very well run. There were quite a few amenities available and it looked like the majority of them were being utilized during my tour. Overall, a beautiful campus!

Beautiful and inviting
I have looked at many facilities and found Vantage Pointe Village to be the nicest. The setting is beautiful, the facility is clean and welcoming, the staff is friendly, and the amenities are topnotch. You would think that it is too far being in Ashland City but it is actually closer to us in Franklin than many others in Nashville. It takes me 30 minutes to get there but feels like you're out away from it all in the country.

As close to being "home" as one can get when the need to be elsewhere has arrived.
I have visited a lot of Assisted Living communities, my mom having spent her last years in memory care gave me a great insight as to what the family and the loved one want, need and can afford. This community and its staff are second to none, the Executive Director has assembled a staff dedicated to a mission of care not to a job for income.

I checked the rest and this is the best!
I could not have made it without the support of Vantage Point Village. The management is top shelf. The way you can that is, the minute you set foot on the property you see a clean bright facility. You Are immediately met with friendly smiling staff. There 24 hr nursing is the of best of the best. Onsite Doctor visits. I could easily go on and on, but you really have to come and see for yourself.

Definitely Worth a Look
My parents have lived there for about a year and a half. I feel like they are as happy at VP as they would be anywhere. The staff knows and calls them by name, and their apartment is always immaculate.
Pros:
Always clean
Grounds well kept
Friendly staff
Attractive, upscale decor
Responsive to alert calls inside building
Lots of activities on and offsite which are well run
Shuttle service to Wal Mart and other errands
Other residents generally pleasant and welcoming
Easy access from west Nashville
Cons:
Shared cable service is weak
Hard to reach staff at when calling from outside the building
Food is pretty basic
High staff turnover
Building has some interior cracks that have not been repaired

Good Place
This community is very nice. The staff is very friendly and kind very patient. We are so happy with the care my grandmother is getting. The community is very nice always clean and well maintained. She seems to like the food from what we can tell. With her dementia, it's hard to tell from day to day but as long as she is safe and getting the good care we are comfortable.

Comfort for dad!!
My father is doing as well as to be expected. I like it and he really seems to as well. They are taking good care of him and they call me every time he falls. The nurses and staff are very good, they are honest and follow up with anything that my father may need.

Right at home!
The staff has been good to my brother and he enjoys the food. The community is always kept clean and neat. They do offer a lot of activities and he was starting to get involved. This places residents were more like my brother. The community felt like a home and not a nursing facility.

Very Friendly Staff
My wife is doing okay at this community, she is adjusting with the transition. The community is clean, everything is pretty well-kept. The staff is friendly, they are trying their best to care for her. I'am arranging some activities so for her, the community does offer activities. The food is okay. More than less I'am confident in the type of care she is receiving. I would recommend it, because it is not very expensive.
