Friendly staff
I have not participated in the activities but everybody else has and they seem to love them. The community is affordable and based on the experience I have had so far, I would recommend Valley View Independent Senior Living community to other families.

Thank God for Valley View
I would go there in a heartbeat. You can't get that service for the money in my part of the country.
I am so blessed my loved one is in this community. The staff take such good care of my loved one. They take care of any requests I have for my loved one. They are phenomenal!

Review of Valley View
I chose Valley View because of the location and the price. Also the fact that it was very bi-lingual and we thought that was important. The room sizes here were adequate for his needs. My husband lost a lot of weight while he was here so I am not sure what was going on with the food. Some of the staff was exceptional and some were just doing their job, but generally they were very kind to him.

I chose Valley View because it was very attractive looking and the staff members were very friendly on my initial visit. They do have various sizes of apartments, but my apartment size is ample. The location here is excellent, it is very close to the veterans hospital. I would definitely recommend to others.

We felt that is was a good and safe environment for our parents. The staff are great, friendly, and caring. The food was not that good there. We chose this community because the cost was excellent and couldn't be beat. I would recommend this community to other families. Their apartment was nice, the building was older and some of the repairs weren't the best quality. Overall, it was a good experience.

The Perfect Place for Mom
They have lots of things to do at Valley View. It is a great place. Communication is wonderful. Everything they promised me they have delivered. They call me all the time with updates. I feel very comfortable with my mom being there even now when I can’t go see her.

My name is [name removed], I am a happy Resident and the new kid on the block...I celebrated my 72 birthday here and it trully and sincerely is a sweet place., it has everything that anyone could offer us Seniors who enjoy the freedom, and Independent living that is needed but not offered at home, this is now Home to me, it is warm, for the most part the staff is caring and do accomodate or do their best in accomodating us old folks, even though its sometimes a little hectic, its not or almost impossible to have everything and everyone catering to your every need, but they have housekeeping on wed, and if your not feeling well, they bring your meal to you or to your apartment, they really do cater to your needs; above and beyond what others would expect at assisted living, or other facilities, I have stayed in Austin's Spicewood facility and this by far is the very best, like nite and day.

I like this community alot. The staff is very nice and caring. They have activities that are offered. They need to have a dietician to help with the needs of the meals for people with special requirements. I would recommend this community to others for good care.

I have done nothing but praise Valley View Independent Living!
The transition for my Mother in law was very smooth and easy. She really loves her apartment and was even able to select her flooring, which made her even happier. Richard Mancha, the marketing specialist, has gone above and beyond to make sure her transition was smooth. Even to this day, he continues to check in on her to make sure she is doing fine. The staff are all really nice and treat her very well. She has met and made many new friends. Herself and others are not very happy with the food that is being served. She feels that people in kitchen are not able to cook the food correctly. She has attended a couple of the facilities' staff meetings with other residents and has voiced her opinion and suggestions.

Doing a good job here
They're doing a great job here so far, I'm very comfortable, and that is what really matters. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and they keep the facility looking clean and well kept. They have a full meal service, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and while the food is not spectacular it isn't bad. I'd give the food a 4 out of 5.
