Ultimate Care by God's Angels is an Assisted Living and Dementia / Memory Care facility licensed for 6 residents that provides Premier Services in Spring, Texas.<br><br>We are committed to a hands-on approach in providing the best possible care for our residents. Our caregivers receive continuous training to meet each residents’ health, physical, mental and spiritual needs. There are two live-in care givers at any time in each home who are available 24 hours a day to provide continuity in care. We meet with a prospective resident’s family gathering as much information as possible and do a head to toe assessment to ensure that we provide the best care for the resident. All medications are administered and given by trained caregivers.<br><br>Our mission is our passion for excellence, quality and most importantly “Life”, to provide individualized care to each of our resident and to treat them with utmost dignity and respect.<br><br>Together with Ultimate Care by God's Providers and Ultimate Care by God's Servants, we have a total of 3 homes conveniently located close to I-45 in Spring and The Woodlands area. Each home is set in a lovely neighborhood, private and semi-private rooms are available to be decorated with your loved ones' memorabilia or treasured possessions.<br><br>We are always happy to meet with family to provide a tour of any of our homes and offer any assistance the family may need.
