Father here. Awful food. The executive manger is rude and a child. I am sick and my father needs to be here for end of life care. [name removed] has return to correct issues with and we pay over [fee removed] a month! They took our money and I hear her talk bad about me in the office to the security. When I walk by. My father is dying and deserves better maturity.

My family had a great experience at Mansfield place.
It is a really nice place, but it is incredibly expensive, but that's probably in general to most nursing facilities for mom's level of care. She could only afford 2 1/2 months before her finances were gone and we had to sign up for Medicaid. People did genuinely look out for her. It was a very good experience. It is a fantastic location!
I appreciate the security, can't enter the building unless someone lets you in - I think this is best. My mom expected skilled nursing type engagement, however she was there as assisted living at highest level.

The inside is very neat and clean, I never see anything out of place. The parking is in need of a lot of work. There are trip hazards all over it and water lays on it and the sidewalks.

The workers are very loving and caring towards the residents. They have so many fun activities for the residents to do daily. very clean facility I never not see a smile on the residents or employees faces when you walk through.

Best place for mom!
All the aids are wonderful, and very patient and loving and caring to each and every resident. All the meals are delivered on time hot and ready for our residents. The community here is absolutely amazing!!

Mansfield Place is a safe and caring community for loved ones that need a little assistance or a lot of assistance in daily life. Staff interaction with residents is more like family. Staff is friendly and approachable.

Amazing place to live
The staff is wonderful. They are so friendly and so helpful when taking care of your loved one. They have a diversity of activities from bus rides through the country during fall, or going to the fair, they also have group projects such as painting and baking. And their food is very delicious. Most meals consist of homemade recipes and are very consist with quality. Overall it is a great place to live!

Atmosphere at Mansfield Place
I have been providing Music Therapy services at Mansfield Place for nearly 20 years! Over this long period of time, the staff has always been extremely supportive of the services I offer. I am consistently welcomed into the facility, and the team is dedicated to bringing residents to the hour of music. Mansfield Place creates an environment that feels like home; always encouraging and positive. [name removed](the Life Enrichment Coordinator) is one of the absolute best in our area. Her love, care and genuine compassion for the residents is demonstrated in her daily activities, constant smile and excellent sense of humor. The residents are blessed by her on a regular basis! [name removed]also enabled me to continue providing my music therapy services for over a year (April of 2020 through April of 2021) by setting me up virtually. She took me from room to room via a laptop so the residents could still have weekly music. I am forever thankful for that commitment!!

Great Care
My dad [names removed]have received the best of care. All of their needs are fulfilled. Anytime there is a health issue, the people are right on top of it and get whatever is needed. They enjoy the many activities that are there for them. They also, very much enjoy the food. Occasionally they are taken out on trips and have a great time. The employees are all helpful and very friendly.

activities are the STAR
I am so grateful to have found Mansfield Place for my dad. When he first got to the community he was anti-social and we worried about him being secluded in his room. The activities person is amazing and has dad participating in so many activities. Some of his favorites are exercise, Bingo and going on outings to local restaurants. I am impressed more and more every day with the staff and their top notch communication and kindness. Mansfield Place is a step above the rest.

Quality care for my 96 year old mother.
Mom has been a resident of Mansfield Place for over two years and has expressed her appreciation for the love and care she receives. Especially the personalized kind attention coming from the aids and staff members. She appreciates the efforts coming from Mansfield Place to provide extracurricular activities and treats providing breaks from her daily routine. As her son and guardian, I'm also appreciative of the regular updates and communications received concerning mom's needs and care . Since I live out of the area I depend on these communications enabling me to manage her ongoing care.

Personalized Care with Compassion
Mansfield Place provides excellent care for our family member.The individuals providing his care have made it a priority to know him well and tailor his care to fit his temperament and comfort level.
The staff, in an effort to involve residents in activities, provide activities that are varied, fun and draw a variety of personalities. The activities are such that residents feel encouraged to 'give it a try."
From a medical standpoint, our family' member's needs are well known and followed with care. Apartments and common areas are maintained and kept tidy.
Overall, we are well pleased with Mansfield Place and feel fortunate that our relative can call Mansfield Place "home".
