Room For Improvement
Cleaning needs to be improved. Assisted care was not consisted. Many times they did not come do the daily task helping my mother get dressed. They also failed to call me on several occasions when my mother fell.
The food was often cold and many times when you ordered you would wait over an hour. And you may not get what you ordered. Repairs were never made when requested at move in. The director was extremely pushy for us to get my mom moved out early.

Feels Like Home
The 2 bed, 2 bath is a very nice size apartment. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is fair to average. I think the activities directors do a very good job giving us a wide variety of things to choose from.

I thought their staff was very helpful and enjoyable and they have a very nice and clean facility
A caveat to this response is that my mom was only in the facility for 4 days before being taken to the ICU so I do not have much experience with town village but their onboarding process and staff is great.

Outside rooms were cleaned but 1 time a week isn't always done well staff there are very friendly and go above n beyond they didn't really provide much care other than meds and bringing food which they charge for the poor handling of signing my father in made it illegal that he was there in the 1st place. He couldn't afford the stay and they nvr downgraded his room like they said initially and when he left they came after me for the bill he left. I did not have a POA which is another ball they dropped. same food routinely looked like activities were readily available. for 5k a month you would expect more catering and higher class of quality

A few things I like most about the community - The staff; they are all phenomenal and warm and helpful. I have never worried that Mom wasn't in great hands! They always look out for her and help when she needs or asks for it.

Over all it's been good and meets our needs
I like the activities, housekeepers. Areas of concern is maintenance. Put in a work order, has yet to be fixed. Was told when we moved in, washing machine was missing in our laundry. Still waiting for it to be installed. Dining room. I understand that everyone is on different diets and not all like the same things. I would like food to be sent to us warm. Now I know they are trying to improve dining services and it is improving. However still has a way to go.

Overall a nice community
There is therapy available for those who need it. And wide variety of activities. You can stay as busy as you want to be. I like the arts council visits and the other art centered projects. Also like how the various holidays are celebrated.

I would give a 5 on each and every category. I can't speak for "care" as we are independently living. However I know the staff cares about us and would do their best to do anything for us. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Peace of Mind
I was making arrangements from out of state. This is not an easy thing to handle. Not only was I helped during the research phase, but constant communication during the move and in the weeks after. Krystal even has texted me a few times to give me updates, and got someone to check on my dad when he was feeling a little sick. I can never thank everyone there enough. My dad is a new person, well, he’s back to the dad I knew 20 years ago. He’s happy and thriving. Town Village is absolutely a slam dunk.

Overall great place. I would recommend for those aging and possibly needing to move to Assisted Living
The kitchenette in the apts is a wonderful thing. Retaining kitchen staff has been an issue, so the option to cook for one's self is important.
I have found that the community one looks forward to during meals is important, yet the understaffing in the kitchen doesn't seem to keep up with this. In turn, this is frustrating to the tenants who are aging and don't really want to cook for themselves.
The staff is friendly for the entire complex. They are truly welcoming and have the best interest for the tenants.
It's a facility that is not perfect, but excels in the community for events and knowing their tenants.

So far so good
Their chef quit and they have had a hard time replacing them. I would just say, food needs to be a priority so residents don't have to spend more money on getting food from the grocery store or out. Other than that, everyone has been very nice.

It’s been 95% of good experience.
Everyone here is friendly and accepting to new people. They look out for us and help us learn the ropes. There are many activities and you can be as busy as you want or stay in your room if you want. They have housekeeping and they also have a dining hall where we eat can eat three meals a day most of us don’t get there for breakfast so it’s a place I can highly recommend.

Happy with our choice
Our experience has been good. Sure there has been a few hitches but nothing great. Our manager is fantastic. My main concern is security. Was supposed to repair the front gates. Not done. Heard they were not going to be repaired. Not happy.
I think our staff is great. With as many staff and residents as we have there will be conflicts. Very few and staff really try. Some residents just don't like anything and staff really try to be fair. One of the main complaints I hear is regarding dining. Most of the days I like the food wish it would out warmer. However a microwave is in the dining room to heat food

Our experience in OK
We have enjoyed our stay here and luckily. Don't need care except for PT and OT. The food continues to improve. The food continues to improve! Getting meals on time is another story. They are about to implement a tablet order to kitchen to give us faster service. It is to begin next week, so we're hoping for more speedy
