It was difficult in the beginning for us to get needed repairs, but the maintenance came thru eventually. The activities and food are good, the staff just sometimes seems overwhelmed or preoccupied with other things. There should be more consideration with the last minute cancellations and the water shut offs, after all the residents here are older and cannot always find alternative resources.
