We have a tiny kitchenette with a small sink, refrigerator & microwave. Thats the extent of our kitchen. We have a large wrap around balcony. Closets could be bigger. Each floor has 2 washers & 2 dryers. We haven't had any issues using them when it's laundry time. \n Come on by & check it out. Maybe we'll be neighbors!!
