The upper management, from the very top Director down, work alongside the kitchen staff and caregivers. Down to earth people. The food is very good, sometimes extraordinary, but always in a higher category than other places with institutional food. They respect and care for the spiritual and religious lives of their residents, inviting local clergy and laypeople to bring Holy Communion and Bible studies. There is sometimes reasonable seasonal turnover with caregivers since many are students. Sometimes we have to remind (newer) caregivers to check on our mom, but they then adjust. The staff also bring in musicians to play recitals and try to make the residents feel cared for. I pray that the management continue finding and hiring sincere staff.","reviewerDisplayName":"Fr.
