The Unit had been vacant for a while. The blinds and air conditioning ducts were full of dust. It was hard to breathe. An additional fee of [fee removed] per month is charged for activities, etc. which was not made known to me until I signed the lease. The Manager does not have control of the rental accounts which caused my two-month credit to be delayed in posting to my account. I had to notify the Manager that there was an issue which delayed the posting even further. I signed my lease on [date removed] , and, have seen three different Assistant Managers. I have spoken to other residents that have said that there is no stability in the position. The entire Community is supposed to be painted according to the Leasing Agent which has not happened. The compressor in my air conditioning unit went out over Labor Day, and, the Maintenance Manager came and fixed it within a couple of hours. The notification process was not difficult.\n\nI will tell you another thing. I am really impressed with how the grounds are maintained.
