She had some health difficulties when she first moved in, but I stayed in touch with the staff, and they were great and accommodating and always answered quickly. I would definitely recommend the Sheridan. It is a bit pricier than some facilities but my mom loves the new atmosphere and design of the facility. They have a lot to offer the residents if they chose to get involved. Another great thing is that it's a rather small facility, and the staff knows every resident by name and also pays attention to how often they see them and if for some reason they haven't seen them for dinner in a while they go knock on the door and check to make sure everything's OK and that's comforting for me.
