One time the restroom in the hall was dirty it was over the weekend. They have since changed when and how often they are cleaned. Sometimes when they go to eat all the tables are dirty. I feel they need more help in the eating area. It has been very friendly from the first visit.\nThey are not needing much care. However when there have been issues with the toilet etc they take care of them well. They have changed protocol on how to get help over the weekend if needed. The administration are all wonderful people. There has been some turnover throughout the year but everyone listens to concerns and make changes as necessary. The food is ok. A lot of the dishes are not what my father grew up eating and mom is having trouble sometimes finding something he will eat. The biggest problem is lack of servers to accommodate the number of residents. It often takes close to an hour from the time they sit down to when their food is served. There are plenty of activities and mom is helping to lead one of them. She would do more but it won't work with my dad at this time. The place is beautiful. The staff are good. I believe the cost is comparable to other places nearby.
