However, there are some things that need improvement. My loved one is in a wheelchair, but his apartment is not wheelchair accessible. This has made things more difficult for him than necessary. For example, we had to remove the bathroom door, making it almost impossible for guests to use his restroom due to the lack of privacy. The food is inconsistent- sometimes it's great and sometimes it's poor. The aides are great. The communication with the family is good overall. The housekeeping is good. I have nothing to compare this facility with, so I would recommend The Residence at Boylston Place depending on the expectations of the resident.
