Top Quality of life at The Reserve at Peachtree City
My mother relocated to The Reserve at Peachtree City a few months ago and the process has been wonderful beyond our expectations. Her health and emotional well being has improved since moving to The Reserve. The caregivers are kind, patient and professional. The nurses are familiar with all the patients and make it easy to get care information with frequent communication. The administrators are knowledgeable and provided plenty of information to help with the transition without any pressure. The food is very good and her room is kept clean and fresh.
We were satisfied with her previous care facility however everything about The Reserve at Peachtree City is better. It appears to me the residents are all getting the care they need with opportunity to enjoy each day.
If you are shopping for assisted living or memory care near Atlanta, I highly recommend you call and visit The Reserve at Peachtree City. If you do you will receive a very nice welcoming from their pleasant front desk staff

I really have been pleased with the Reserve. I feel like they really care about their patients. It's just pretty expensive and I've had a hard time because my dad doesn't even make enough in retirement to afford it but I'm glad he's there because he's close by and I also know that they are taking good care of him.

The Reserve Assisted Living and Memory Care at Peachtree City
My husband is living at The Reserve. Our experience with the staff has been great. He is well taken care of and watched over. The staff encourages him daily to engage with others and participate in activities. They encourage him to follow through with his therapies. His room is kept tidy and cleaned daily. His bed is made daily and all linens washed weekly or more often if necessary. His clothes are washed, folded,and put away for him.
I would definitely recommend The Reserve at Peachtree City to anyone considering assisted living. The staff are patient and kind to all. The facility is in excellent shape and the rooms are very nice and spacious.

Director snd support staff professional, kind and professional
I scouted this facility for my brother. The Director was welcoming. Her staff is very professional. This facility is clean and organized. Unfortunately, like most facilities throughout the country they are understaffed. Sometimes I call and no one answers. My brother is a partially paralyzed resident there says the care givers are kind and efficient. I find his room very messy when I visit. I am glad they take good care of him and so their messiness is secondary. I was not told during the interview process that they did not provide any furniture whatsoever, so we arrived to an empty room. [Name removed], this really wonderful manager was able to get furniture from somewhere in the facility to get him started. My brother says the food is really good. Apparently, some things they committed to, to make my decision, like physical therapy never happened he was never taught to use a bed board, since Hoya Lifts are not allowed. Now I am looking for another facility to handle his level of disability

Phenomenal Memory Care Experience
The management and staff here are phenomenal. There were there for me and my Mom during our rough period dealing with mom's early stage dementia and hospice care. Mom had some of her mobility and surprised most with her ability to get around. she formed relationships with the staff and other patients leaving an impression on them all. The reserve team were quick to inform us of mom's day to day condition and allowed her to be herself while in their care. The Holloway family and [name removed] are eternally grateful and grateful for The Reserve and their staff.

I had a phone call with one of the employees last week, and I must say, I was pretty impressed with their support and eagerness to help. The last time I asked for help in April, I didn't get much clarity. But this time around, the front desk was on it and got me in touch with a young guy named [name removed]. I'm currently in the research stage, but they left me with high hopes for my mother. When I'm ready to start touring, I'll contact them for assistance.

The Reserve had very nice staff, but it was very dated and the rooms seemed a little tight. Very limited parking and outdoor space was kind of limited. The tour was handled very well and professionally, we just were not a big fan of the facility itself.

a wonderful place for mom
We moved my Mom to Ashley Glen 3 1/2 years ago. I visited several other facilities that had assisted living and memory care since she would need both. None of the other facilities provided both types of care + the loving, family atmosphere of Ashley Glen. One of the top reasons for choosing AG was their long time employees - - many of the staff have been there for 20+ years, which was unheard of in any of the other facilities. The facility is like a comfy home - clean, well decorated, nice touches of home, good meals, etc.The activities for the residents are very good. The outdoor areas are beautiful and well-maintained. Any questions or concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend checking out Ashley Glen when you have a loved one who needs assisted living or memory care, it is such a wonderful facility! Our family feels blessed that Mom is living at Ashley Glen, it has been a beautiful experience.

My Review of Ashley Glen
My ratings are based on the short experience we had. We were able to have visits with my loved one. It looked like the residents were able to walk around.
My loved one fell and none of the staff saw this; this has me concerned. I don't blame the community for my loved one's fall. I just wish I would know where and what time it happened.

A Home Away From Home
The facility is in a great location, and it appears to be clean. The staff and administration are responsive, and I'm included in as much opportunity to interact with my loved one as is allowed right now due to CDC protocol. It's rough because I rely on them totally for taking care of my loved one during the pandemic. I haven't been able to go inside, nor see her room, except through the window. That being said, this is a good facility, and I'd put my loved one here again if I had to choose. This is the best care we've received so far.

Ashley Glen has always been very attentive to my mom and her needs, she loves it there and calls it home. However, I understand that Covid has turned things upside down. My mom's lack of socializing has taken a toll on her. The residents should be able to eat their meals together and socialize with each other. The lockdown of the seniors has been going on too long. It's time to let them out and live whatever time they may have left.
