The facility is not secured, so anyone can just walk in from the parking lot. The head of maintenance has been very helpful. The director hasn't been as accessible as my family would like, but she's been doing the jobs of 3 administrators. The Pines has recently added a financial/billing person and someone in charge of health and wellness, so I'm hoping the director will be able to leave her office more often.
