Since 2015, The Pavilion Senior Living at Carthage has provided assisted living services in Carthage, Tennessee. This locally owned and operated community is conveniently located only 6 miles from I-40 East in-between Lebanon and Cookeville. The property grounds are adjacent to the Cumberland River, providing excellent views. The community is only 3 miles away from the nearest hospital and is located in the recently renovated Carthage General Hospital Building. It has added a few modern amenities but had kept the original and historic charm. The Pavilion Senior Living at Carthage serves Smith, Wilson, Trousdale, Jackson, DeKalb, and Putman counties.
This community offers spacious individual apartment units with large private bathrooms and handicapped-accessible showers. In addition to comfortable living arrangements, The Pavilion provides assistance with activities of daily living to seniors who do not require 24-hour supervision or skilled nursing services.
