They are flexible. I think the biggest takeaway that I had is how affordable it can be, because of what is included. When I compared my loved one's accommodation and added all of the extras, it ended up being the same price for only two meals a day. \n\nThe way they handled things during COVID was and subsequent outbreaks was top notch. I know they have a new manager there as of a couple months ago. I hope things do not change as my loved one is very happy there.
