Because it's relatively small, the staff members get to know the residents quickly and look out for them and their needs. They have nice daily activity programming for a range of interests. They had a good partnership with Buckeye Health when Mom was there - really helped with post-acute rehab. I know a facility like yours is not the same as being home but for many it is the safest place to be.
