I think that the place was beautiful, but the management was very slow to respond to anything. I also don't think that my mom got the assistance that she needed for her age. I feel that the staff needs to be more hands on with the residents. For example: my mom needed help to get to the bathroom. After they got her there they would leave and wait outside her room with the door closed. I feel that someone should have been there with her given her age. Also, they would send in very inexperienced staff who didn't know how to handle her. Of course, I understand that with Covid staff was short and hard to find. The experienced staff was very good. The Kindred Hospice team was fantastic. Compered to her last facility, this facility was much better and I would recommend it to anyone.
