We started in AL but within months one parent had advanced enough to enter skilled nursing (Parkinson’s). Homeplace was intentional and accommodating to ensure my parents spent as much time together as possible. About a year later, Mom’s dementia would require memory care. Throughout these transitions and the passing of our dad, The Homeplace has gone above and beyond to care for our family and ensure the respect and safety of our parents.
