I also check to see that functions are going smoothly and in the best interest of the resident. I have found the staff to be quite accommodating to my mother. I have no complaints so far. The recent buy out has been somewhat challenging it seems and there are new faces in and around as well as adjustments to be made along the way. If one has any experience in the business world it should be understood that things will come into place and settle down fairly quickly once new systems are up and running. Anytime I have questions I just pick up the phone and call or make a visit to the appropriate department head and get my answers right away!
