Each unit has great natural light, up to date kitchens and washer dryers. Underground parking spaces are available. The location is great: the apartment overlooks the farm fields of the U of M campus and is within a mile of Rosedale with plenty of shops restaurants. The community space is beautiful. There’s a high ceiling gathering room with a kitchen, a smaller library with large screen tv, a dining room and exercise studio. A three season porch is next to the backyard patio that is filled with flowers in the summer. There’s an on-site manager in the office on weekdays, maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. This is a relatively small building with about 60 units and It’s a friendly, welcoming community. Most activities are resident initiated. There’s currently an active garden club, a book club, monthly potlucks and weekly coffee gatherings. Groups watch weekly detective series and monthly movies in the library.
