We received bad advice from the community about how to get my loved one into the community and leave my loved one. \n\nThe family received a call right after our loved one moving in, asking for us to come get my loved one out of the community. This is because our loved one was agitated as they didn't want to be here.\n\nI have requested the community fee be returned to us, and there has been no follow up with the community.
