facility","reviewContent":"The facility smells really nice but they don't always keep up with the bathrooms.\nStaff are really nice.\n I think the quality of care at the Grove is as good as it can be considering that the owners who get the money are not the people on site seeing how the caregivers are struggling. I think this is a problem in all nursing homes\nIt's hard to get a call back sometimes from the business office and occasionally from the director\n My mother's a picky eater and she loves the food\nWith the restricted amount of caregivers it's really hard to have many activities in memory care and both of my parents complain of being bored all the time even though there's music going all the time that's not really their thing\nUnfortunately the money is what it is and I don't understand why because they don't have enough caregivers but I understand that Florida allows them to have the number they have which goes back to the problem of the parent company not really knowing or caring what's going on inside the memory care but again this is probably a problem with every facility\n\nThe Grove has worked hard this past year or so to filter out staff with inappropriate behavior towards the residents. This results in staff with more experience and better training and it seems to work well.
