A great move!
It is a very friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk in the front door. There are activities every minute from 10 to 6 and sometimes there are things to do at 6 such as wine and paint or wine and line dance. The food is good and the price is good.

Would not recommend
I had some friends checking on my patient. During the stay they would not recognize or talk in the hallway. I told them I believed the halls of middle school. Childish for adults.
We uncovered many things and saw they had issues once we arrived.
They fired the director and assistant director. Support very poor, totally understaffed. Same person went into our patient's room 5 times to use the bathroom. Just walked in and that was when we had external people with our patient.
Drug delivery was almost always late. One time they lost one of the drugs only to find them hour later.
Unacceptable skill and responsibility to help with Drs and pharmacy to help quality and coordinate clear drug list for patient.
So service and safety was unacceptable so we moved a few weeks after arrival. No refunds.
Sr Management was unaware and quietly denied and tried to deflect when facts were presented. Very defensive and not accountable to their community.

Disappointed
I'm dissatisfied with their meal plan when I was looking at this place for my uncle they told me that they would be a lot cheaper than restaurant prices and they're not they charge you for everything they charge you for the meal, the sides, the salad, the drink and with the allowance they give you if you wanted to eat every day and only allows a [Amount Removed] a day there's nothing on their menu that is [Amount Removed] and the rent this year went up 12% now for a senior citizen living on pensions and Social Security that is not fair to them then they also charge you if you want to take your food up to the room they charge you to go fee, which is absolutely freaking Ridiculous

The food is excellent-love that you order off a restaurant type menu so food is very fresh. There has been several minor fixes that the handyman doesn't come and fix.

Rooms are a little small, but adequate. Residents were involved in various activities and were very friendly. I would prefer a real breakfast, not continental as offered. Overall a wonderful senior living option, at a very reasonable buy in and monthly price.

The gallery is a living experience as opposed to a place where love ones go to live out their last days. The atmosphere and energy present at your facility during my tour was much greater than my expectations. My preconceived image of independent or assisted living could not have been more different than what I observed in the couple hours I spent there.

Just in case you are looking to place a client in their Memory Care, I would urge to rethink it. The memory care is total chaos...too many residents with little staff to handle them. based on the care and the top level admin staff I wouldn't give a penny of my money to that place

I am a concerned Son, relieved to have found a community that takes care of my mom better than I could at home
Great staff, competent and friendly. Good activities available throughout the day. I was present for an exercise session today and watched the residents and most participated and had much fun. All are encouraged to participate. Crafts and other activities are scheduled during the day. On Thursday a Solo musician plays live music for the residents and that's always looked forward to by all. The residents love the performance which he does every week. I am amazed at how the residents tap there feet and sing along with the music so many smiles and fun for all. The food is exceptional and I have joined my Mom for dinner several times. Very nice dinning area and the staff service for the dinner are well organized and quick in serving the food but allow time for each resident to finish and assist those that need a little help with their dinner.
Over all I am very pleased with the gallery and my mother's experiences at the facility. The nurses are good and the doctors come in regularly to check on the residents. They are good doctors, better care is being given than by mom's primary care doctor that she had been seeing prior to living at the Gallery.
One thing I noticed the first time I visited the Gallery is the lighting and how many large windows the have to let in natural sunlight. They have a gorgeous courtyard in the center of the facility and Mom and I love to sit outdoors and talk. The courtyard has a large pergola and many benches and rocking chairs to sit in. The common area has South facing windows that overlook the courtyard and sunshine lights the whole area adding some cheer to the room where most activities are shared.

The rooms were spacious, and the amenities truly exceptional! My loved one referred to it as a hotel-he especially appreciated the thoughtfully curated menu. The staff made everything seamless for him, and he found great comfort in the convenience of receiving medical care at home and personal services like on-site haircuts. He formed many meaningful friendships during his time there. Numerous residents shared with us how kind and sweet he was, and how deeply he will be missed. Knowing that he spent his final year in such warm, welcoming, and supportive environment brings me immense comfort and gratitude.

Ready to move!!
The experience was so good I'm moving there next week. It is only 4 minutes from my daughter's home but I wouldn't be moving if I didn't like it. The residents are very friendly and the staff. Is great. It had a very homey atmosphere and the food was very good , a large menu and reasonably priced. That's in comparison to where I live now.
I like the layout of there activities rooms also.

One of the best memory care in Lee County
My significant other of 35 years, [name removed], has been in memory care since October of 2024. They have great people in all phases nursing, memory Care staff, spa, and exercise facility. The previous memory Care director [name removed] was good but the new director is amazing. [name removed] is the best I've seen she is innovative has many creative ideas and really cares about the residents. [name removed] was a RN and is very intelligent but as dementia closes in she can be difficult... And [name removed] is extremely helpful and guiding [name removed] through this terrible disease. She is going out of her way many times to help [name removed]. Management made one of their best decisions when they selected [name removed] as a memory Care director

overall pleased but medication management needs improvement
All is good except the pharmacy they use.
Medication doesn't come in as it should.
Many times people go days without some of their medication and if a new medication is ordered it takes days before it gets started.
Big problem when it's a antibiotic or something as important.
Very unhappy with the medication aspect
