The staff interaction at Brookdale Longview is great. They all seem friendly and attentive. We have sat with our family and also ate some meals. What we ate was good. Plates are well arranged and attractive. I think the housekeeping could improve. We would recommend Brookdale Longview Senior Living to others. I have visited 2 Brookdale Communities
I first visited [facility removed] & then Longview.
I enjoyed the visit with both.
I could tell that the residents in Longview really enjoyed being there and staff was very friendly with the residents.
I want to find a place for my family member to call home. I would tell people to visit both places.

My mom has isolated herself the past couple of years so finding a community has been challenging
Brookdale is on the top of my list. I plan on bringing mom to eat soon so that she can meet the residents.

Staff is great! I got a phone call from [name removed] she was so informative that I scheduled a tour immediately that afternoon!

Brookdale Senior Community is a humble feels like home kind of place!
Great experience!
Had a tour today with [name removed]! Staff is so nice and you can really notice how the residents that are there really love the staff.
My mom was very hesitant before the visit not wanting to leave her home of 40 years, after the visit she asked when do I move. This will make the transition for myself & my brothers and sisters a lot easier. I can say it’s a wonderful home for my mom & our minds are at ease!

Wonderful Place
Overall Brookdale Longview is wonderful. The staff is awesome. They have helped us through troubled and hard times and helped get our family settled, without me having to do anything to get that help and attention. They are wonderful people. They're taking good care of my mom. They keep me updated on her medical situation and let me know if she's running out of toiletries, etc. It's an all around good facility.

I couldn't be more impressed with this facility. The staff is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. I instantly felt drawn to this place and ultimately chose it for my mom. Her apartment is clean, updated, and includes a small kitchenette and is super comfy. She has her own bathroom, closet, mini fridge, and microwave. There are many activities to enjoy, a chapel for Sunday church, and superb food. If you are wondering if Brookdale is the right place for you or a loved one, wonder no longer!

They are very warm and welcoming staff. The community provides very interesting activities for the residents. My loved one fell in love with the community the first day and still feels the same way. I would highly recommend the community to others.

Our Experience at Brookdale Longview
It's a very nice place, and the staff is qualified, enthusiastic, and special. They'll go the extra mile. It seems very clean, and nothing ever jumps out at me as needing attention. When I go in, the common spaces are always spotless. My loved tells me she likes the food.

Very Smooth Transition
All of the staff have been wonderful, which made for a very smooth transition for both of my husband's parents.
Additionally, their studio apt. is roomy enough to easily accommodate both of them. The attentive care they are receiving has put our minds at ease and has endeared their caregivers to them.
Any apprehension they may have had prior to the move was quickly dispelled, and they are very happy to be at Brookdale.

Other Care Options
We were not happy with this community. The staff did not have breakfast for the residents and they have only offed a donut and we did not like that they have no activity director and we wanted to have my mom to be able to have activities. They seem to have a lot of turns over on the staff. We liked that the community was clean. We are not able to recommend this community to others and feel that they need a lot of improvements.
